The role:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with current aged care experience to be a full-time Software Trainer and Implementation Manager to implement our software program into Aged Care organisations and then manage and maintain the relationship going forward.
This will involve organising, managing and leading the entire software implementation project (sometimes on a number of projects at the same time). Effectively engaging and managing stakeholders throughout every stage of the project, from start to finish (including training of the users and post-implementation support). Being the first point of call for the aged care clients you will be managing and supporting, you will need a calm and helpful attitude.
Part of the role may also require assisting the software Help Desk team in responding to phone and email-based software support queries when not managing software implementation projects, conducting training sessions and following up with your designated clients.
With your friendly and patient approach to supporting the end-user, you will need to quickly determine any issues or concerns and work towards a resolution. You will put to great use your desire to follow procedures and ability to determine when an issue needs to be escalated. You will draw on your flexibility in how you carry out your day-to-day activities, working independently to meet your client’s needs and current project timelines.
With exceptional organisational skills, you will be valued for your ability to work both independently and as part of a small team in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere. You will be able to put your ideas forward to ensure the business continually enhances its service and software products to the aged care industry.
If you are already an RN with management experience, then anyone with additional experience in:
- Software training,
- Project management, and
- Change management
will have a significant advantage in the selection process.
The successful applicant will need the ability to travel via their own car, regionally within Victoria and fly interstate. Overnight stays are sometimes required.
Salary and conditions are negotiable depending on aged care experience.
