Want to join the Team transforming the global Insurance industry?
Here at The Floow, we harness the power of data and social science to influence driver behaviour and cut down on road risks. By joining our mission, you’ll be helping to make driving smarter, safer, and more affordable for everyone.
What you’ll be doing
As our business grows and evolves, we like to think you will too. But for now this role is focused on:
- Driving project performance and progress. Owning and managing the end-to-end Delivery process for customer projects, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, refinement sessions, standups, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Promoting effective collaboration. Leading Scrum of Scrums sessions for cross-functional teams on project progress, impediments, and resource allocation. Facilitating communication and collaboration among teams to ensure alignment on objectives, sprint goals, and deployment plans.
- Supporting a high-performance culture. Ensuring the Agile framework is upheld, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement; enabling teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
- Reviewing and improving our current Delivery processes. Working with our wider teams to continuously refine and enhance these; while maintaining a strong focus on impact, efficiency and customer experience.
- Implementing a data-driven approach. Tracking, measuring, and communicating project progress and team performance. Leveraging Agile metrics to ensure transparency and guide continuous improvement efforts.
- Co-ordinating Effective Communication. Acting as a central point of contact for internal sales and customer account managers; and direct customers where needed. Ensuring alignment on product objectives, delivery expectations, and strategic priorities.
Sound good? We’d love to hear from you, if you have:
- Proven experience in a Delivery or Project Management role, especially within a Tech or SaaS environment. Familiarity with the Insurance industry and experience of digital transformation is a plus.
- Sound understanding of Agile Delivery Methodologies or experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience coordinating and deploying resources across multiple projects and teams; balancing strategic priorities.
- Experience of both redesigning and operationalising Delivery processes.
- A strong ability to collaborate, adapt, and keep things moving.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience of working with JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Liquid Planner, and/or are comfortable adapting to using new technologies.
We make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills and passion, as well as how you can enhance The Floow and our culture. Don’t meet all our criteria? If you like our story and think you have what it takes to hit the ground running – let us know! We value diversity, and the benefits that a broader skillset and a great attitude can bring.
