Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Engineering team in the implementation of Agile methodologies and sprint-based practices.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and deliverables that align with customer specifications and organizational objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for customers, delivering regular updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to maintain project momentum and success.
- Cultivate a collaborative team environment, guiding team members through challenges and fostering growth.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager in Agile/Scrum settings, with a proven track record of overseeing software development projects.
- Strong technical acumen, allowing engagement with DevOps Engineers and a clear understanding of project intricacies.
- Expertise in project management tools, including Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project, to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Exceptional communication abilities, adept at managing relations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated risk management capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in Agile/Scrum environments.
- A strong technical foundation, with experience working alongside DevOps or software engineering teams.
- Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
