Glance is a small, boutique mobile design and development agency with a fully remote team. We build mobile apps and supporting systems based on psychology, user behaviour and emotion, for clients ranging from startups to prominent household names and cover almost all market verticals. We are growing our UK presence and looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our remote delivery team. Could you be the perfect fit for us?

What We Need:

We are looking for a proactive Agile Project Manager to work with our remote team of designers and developers, ensuring we release high-quality mobile products to our clients through an efficient and repeatable process.

As the main point of contact between our clients and our internal team, you must keep everyone engaged, coordinated and on track. You will own the plan, ensuring the product strategy and scope are aligned and understood by our clients and delivery team. In addition, you will work closely with clients and our CEO on key priorities, future requirements, and team changes.

You will lead all Agile ceremonies (such as meetings and workshops) and ensure teams can be productive by unblocking issues, planning sprints, organising the backlog, and driving efficiency. You will also ensure tasks are ready to be worked on, motivating and empowering the team.

If you join us, you will need to:

Take ownership of our delivery process and continue to improve it.
Build close relationships with clients and remote team members.
Coordinate remote teams and ensure projects are delivered effectively.
Ensure remote team members are engaged and efficient.
Create strategy and roadmaps for both internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with designers and developers to deliver high-quality products to our clients.
Regularly update and refine the backlog with the designers, developers and client Product Managers in line with changing requirements and priorities.

Interview and onboard new developers and designers where required, including shortlisting candidates based on their abilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

Comfortable with growing a small team and owning the entire process.
A proactive and confident communicator.
A collaborative team player – you will work closely with our designers and developers and directly with our clients.
Analytical – you should be comfortable gathering and analysing information for timely decision-making and problem-solving to create the best products.
Comfortable with pushing back and saying “No” when required.
Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment.
An ideas person with a hands-on approach.
