About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.Proficiency and Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through continuous improvement and adherence to Scrum best practices
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines using Agile frameworks.
• Execution:
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
• Risk Management:
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through continuous improvement and adherence to Agile best practices.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project goals.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accountability.
• Closure:
• Conduct project closure meetings, document outcomes, and ensure knowledge transfer for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.
