Role Overview:

As the Agile Project Manager for Geographical Expansion, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating projects that expand our home improvement services into new markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects, adherence to budgets, and alignment with company goals. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end geographical expansion projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet desired outcomes.
• Agile Methodologies: Implement and manage Agile methodologies to streamline project processes, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, legal, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans.
• Geographical Research: Conduct market research to identify new service areas, assess demand, and ensure the company’s offerings align with local market needs.
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and identify opportunities to optimize costs during expansion efforts.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during market entry and growth.
• Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve expansion processes to enhance efficiency and scalability in launching new service areas.
• Customer Experience Focus: Ensure that customer feedback from new regions is collected, analyzed, and used to improve service offerings and maintain a high standard of satisfaction.
• Membership Development: Oversee the integration and development of new members in expanded regions, ensuring their success and alignment with Home Alliance’s standards.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide regular project updates, metrics, and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, key milestones, and any roadblocks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a focus on geographical expansion.
• Strong experience with Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with home improvement services or related industries is a plus.
• Agile certification is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
