Agile Project Manager (Remote)

We are in search of a highly skilled and organized Agile Project Manager to join our remote team. Your responsibilities will include monitoring project progress and creating insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations that keep all stakeholders informed. You will serve as a critical liaison between teams, ensuring that client needs are met and projects remain on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
• Oversee daily project operations, diligently tracking progress against established goals and objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, delivering regular updates through comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Proactively identify and address any potential blockers or risks that could hinder project success.
• Mentor and support team members, utilizing metrics to guide their professional development.

Required Skills

• Associate-level Scrum Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or Product Owner).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Agile projects within cross-functional teams, adept at managing client expectations in fast-moving environments.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, capable of creating impactful dashboards and presentations.
• Expertise in managing project metrics and delivering updates tailored for clients.
• Experience with Jira is essential; familiarity with Confluence is advantageous.
• A solid background in cloud infrastructure, software development, or consulting.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proven track record in Agile project management, demonstrating the ability to maintain effective client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
