Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Engineering team in implementing and executing a sprint-based approach.
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure they align with customer needs and organizational objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project life cycle, implementing strategies to mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Cultivate a collaborative, transparent, and positive team atmosphere, offering guidance and support to team members.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within an Agile/Scrum framework, with a successful history of managing software development initiatives.
- Strong technical acumen, enabling effective interaction with DevOps Engineers.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of managing customer expectations and delivering clear updates.
- Proven leadership skills, with a history of identifying and implementing process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of project management experience, focusing on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- A solid technical background or substantial experience working closely with DevOps or software engineering teams is essential.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable, along with Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) credentials.
