Key Responsibilities

• Drive client engagement and oversee project management to meet client objectives.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Organize project meetings and provide regular updates on the status of initiatives.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges that may impede project progress.
• Mentor and support engineers, tracking their performance metrics to aid in their professional development.

Required Skills

• Associate level Scrum Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner).
• Over 3 years of experience in Agile project management and client relations within fast-paced environments.
• Strong capability to visualize and present data using various reporting tools.
• Proficient in project management software, particularly Jira.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or software development is advantageous.
• Consulting experience is desirable.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong initiative.
• Confluence knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
