Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team. This full-time, remote role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our clients. You will be the bridge between our customers and our team, ensuring satisfaction, driving success, and contributing to product improvement. We are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about the transformative impact AI can have across various industries and eager to help our customers leverage this potential. In this role, you’ll directly contribute to the success of our customers and the continuous evolution of our AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure alignment with our solutions.
- Proactively manage customer accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and feedback to influence product development.
- Provide data-driven insights to customers to help them optimize their use of our AI solutions.
- Conduct customer demos and presentations, effectively showcasing the value and capabilities of our AI products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, to ensure seamless onboarding, support, and ongoing success.
- Identify and communicate product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and usage patterns.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Engage with customers on the latest AI trends and innovations, helping them stay ahead of the curve.
- Educate customers on best practices and new features to maximize their success with our solutions.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency to understand and communicate complex AI concepts to customers.
- Demonstrated experience in customer success, product management, support, or a related field.
- Experience in conducting customer demos and presentations, with some background in sales or pre-sales roles being a plus.
- Strong customer service, retention, and satisfaction skills.
- Excellent analytical and technical abilities to derive insights from data and improve customer outcomes.
- Experience working closely with product management teams to influence product strategy and development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for relationship building.
- A deep interest in AI and its potential to drive innovation and transformation.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with AI technologies is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: German, Greek, or Polish.
