THE POSITION

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing ML models. You will play a critical role in driving the development of cutting-edge solutions that enhance our products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Model Development: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify patterns, preparing data for training and validation.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize model performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency in real-time applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate ML solutions into existing systems.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies, applying best practices to enhance model accuracy and reliability.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, methodologies, and processes.
• Testing: Conduct experiments and validation of models to ensure robustness and accuracy before deployment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and tools for deploying ML solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
