The Role

We’re looking for a curious, creative, and hands-on AI enthusiast to join our growing team and help organisations unlock the transformative potential of AI. In this role, you’ll work with clients to uncover opportunities, redesign processes, and bring bold, tech-driven ideas to life. If you love tackling challenges, experimenting with AI tools, and collaborating with others to make a real impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborating with Clients: Partner with businesses to uncover pain points, brainstorm AI-powered solutions, and identify opportunities for innovation.
Leading Workshops: Facilitate engaging, high-energy workshops to co-create strategies and spark fresh thinking.
Reimagining Processes: Analyse business workflows and redesign them with AI at the core to unlock efficiency and value.
Building AI Strategies: Craft tailored roadmaps and actionable recommendations that deliver tangible outcomes.
Exploring AI Possibilities: Dive into the latest tools and trends, constantly testing and applying new ideas to inspire clients.
Equipping Clients: Share frameworks, tools, and insights to enable clients to confidently implement AI initiatives.

Proven Problem-Solving Experience: You’ve tackled challenges in consulting, strategy, or innovation, using approaches like service design and business transformation.
Business Casing Skills: You’re skilled at building a strong case for change, combining data, insights, and storytelling to win over stakeholders.
Service Design Expertise: You know how to design experiences and solutions that put users at the centre, ideally with tech-driven innovation in mind.
Workshop Facilitation Skills: You feel confident leading discussions, aligning perspectives, and driving actionable outcomes.
People skills: You excel at building relationships and are as comfortable chatting with team leaders as you are with CEOs.
A Start-Up Mindset: You’re resourceful and energised by the fast pace of building something new so you can thrive in a high-pressure, start-up environment where adaptability is key.

You may be required to occasionally travel to meet clients or attend industry and team events.
