Ai Product Manager (Remote)

Description

In this role, you will perform market and competitor analyses to support product and business planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps to guide products from conception to release. The role will manage requirements across R&D, sales, marketing, delivery, and support to bring products to market successfully. 

The role is responsible for developing and delivering product artifacts, including profiles, persona maps, service descriptions, fulfillment workflows, cost models, battle cards, case studies, and other tools to drive business value. Success criteria include establishing productive feedback loops between product teams, platform owners, and consumers and ensuring products meet all requirements for inclusion in the service catalog.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the software development lifecycle.
• Develop clear and compelling value propositions for our AI product portfolio and technology services that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and executive leadership, maintaining excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder communication.
• Create comprehensive go-to-market plans that align with business objectives.
• Document requirements from discovery into product backlog work items or sprints.
• Ensure sprints are aligned with the current roadmap.
• Build and maintain internal business expertise relevant to the products or items in development.
• Collaborate with Arraya leadership regarding the product roadmap to ensure maximum value is delivered.
• Lead the implementation of products, processes, and improvements.
• Track and provide status updates of work in progress towards deliverables. 
• Assist Marketing in creating high-quality collateral materials, such as product datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations, to support sales efforts and communicate product benefits effectively.
• Understand the needs of the organization and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize performance.
• Create and maintain customer personas to better understand our target audience and tailor marketing efforts to meet their needs. (Anticipating client needs)
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide the tools, training, and materials to present and promote our products and services effectively.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the software development industry or a technology-related field.
• Ability to develop product and go-to-market strategies
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Proven experience working with agile frameworks and product teams
• Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• A desire to collaborate with stakeholders from different business backgrounds and an analytical mindset
• Expert ability to grasp new concepts and lead transformation in the organization.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in product design, management or equivalent work experience

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

• Full-Time
• Remote
• This is a remote role; however, candidates in the Eastern time zone of the US are preferred.
• 40 hours per week 
• Monday through Friday 

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of being in a stationary position while working on a computer
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 40 pounds at times
• Must be comfortable operating a computer and/or other office productivity machinery
