Key Responsibilities

• Service Delivery: Lead and oversee our Copilot Adoption Managers in delivering exceptional client results in Copilot roll-out programs
• Training & Development: Deliver training to the next generation of certified Copilot Adoption Managers through initial bootcamps and ongoing Learning & development.
• Client Success & Account Management: Ensure high client satisfaction, address client needs proactively, and support the Sales team in identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Leadership: Be the right hand to our Chief of AI Technologies, building a robust foundation and driving scalable success across the function.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven professional with:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or other Microsoft products.
• A strong track record in training and customer adoption.
• Experience in client-facing roles and project delivery.
• Experience in account management and/or supporting sales initiatives.
