Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Software Developer to specialize in integrating artificial intelligence (AI) solutions into existing software systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks and techniques and will be adept at tailoring AI solutions to meet the unique requirements of existing platforms.

As part of our team, you will work closely with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI-enhanced functionalities, driving efficiency and innovation across our product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Integration: Analyze existing software architectures and integrate AI models and solutions to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Model Customization: Adapt pre-trained AI models or develop new ones to fit the specific needs of the software.
• Optimization: Ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and optimized for real-world performance in production environments.
• Collaborative Development: Work with cross-functional teams to align AI features with business goals and user needs.
• Data Preparation: Collaborate with data engineers to prepare and preprocess datasets for training and validation of AI models.
• Prototyping: Build proof-of-concept (POC) models to validate AI-driven ideas before full-scale integration.
• Testing & Debugging: Develop and execute robust testing frameworks to ensure AI models and their integration perform reliably in production.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of development processes, model architectures, and integration workflows.

Key RequirementsTechnical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, C#, ASP.NET Core, and the .NET framework.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of API development and integration for seamless AI implementation.
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., ML.NET, TensorFlow.NET) and their integration into .NET applications.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration within the Microsoft stack.
• Familiarity with deploying .NET and AI applications on Azure.
• Strong understanding of database interaction and optimization techniques for AI models with MS SQL Server.
• Experience in working with version control systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset for innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or other AI subfields.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
• Knowledge of edge AI deployment for IoT or embedded systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices.
