What Are We Looking For

MultiplyMii is seeking an expert Amazon Operations Lead for our client based in Texas. Our client pioneers stylish and functional smartphone accessories. Known for innovation and quality, enhancing everyday tech experiences and customer-first approach.

In this role, you will take charge of the client’s Amazon Vendor Central (VC) and Seller Central (SC) accounts, and leverage your deep Amazon operations expertise – listings, case management, plus leading and mentoring.

Beyond your experience, we seek a candidate who is an excellent communicator with a strong Amazon Operations background. You should have keen attention to detail, the ability to adapt to changing requirements, and a collaborative, analytical, and action-oriented approach to maintaining order and conformity.

This role is full-time and 100% work-from-home.

In This Role, You Will

Be the Amazon Expert: Strategically manage Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts, utilizing your in-depth knowledge to optimize performance.
Amazon Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day Amazon operations, focusing on order fulfillment, inventory management, account health, and customer service processes.
Listing Optimization: Ensure product listings are compelling, accurate, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion. Master the art of flat-file updates to keep listings fresh and engaging.
Amazon Offers & Account Health: Oversee account health by regularly monitoring offers. Meticulously ensure compliance with Amazon policies and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Team Leadership & Task Delegation: Empower and guide customer experience specialist(s), skillfully assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Amazon accounts and stellar customer service, contributing to the overall success of Amazon operations.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Compile and analyze data on listing performance, sales trends, and customer experience metrics. Present reports to the Operations Manager, providing actionable insights.
Collaborate Remotely: Partner seamlessly with the Operations Manager and other team members to achieve shared goals.

About You

Core qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an Amazon Generalist
2+ years of team management/leadership experience
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central ins and outs.
Familiarity working with Flat-files and variations
Organized: Excel in maintaining order and structure.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous and precise, with a keen eye for accuracy.
Action-oriented: Driven to take initiative and achieve results.
Goal-oriented: Driven to achieve objectives with focused determination and strategic planning.
Analytical: Methodically assess data to derive meaningful insights and drive informed decision-making.
