Key Responsibilities:
Amelia Platform Development:
Design, develop, and implement conversational AI workflows using the Amelia platform.
Customize Amelia’s natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to enhance user interactions and improve accuracy.
Build and configure dialogues, intents, and entities within the Amelia framework to support complex conversational flows.
Integration and Automation:
Integrate Amelia with various enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, databases, etc.) using APIs and other middleware.
Automate business processes and workflows by leveraging Amelia’s capabilities to interact with backend systems.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate Amelia with other platforms, including cloud services (AWS, Azure), third-party APIs, and other enterprise software.
Customization and Optimization:
Customize Amelia’s personality, voice, and conversation styles to align with client requirements.
Optimize Amelia’s performance by improving the accuracy of responses and ensuring smooth interaction with end-users.
Continuously monitor, test, and refine Amelia’s conversational models and user experience.
Troubleshooting and Support:
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Amelia-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
Debug and resolve any technical issues arising from integrations, workflows, or conversations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and provide recommendations for enhancing Amelia’s functionalities.
Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain detailed documentation for all Amelia configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Train internal teams and end-users on how to effectively use Amelia and optimize business processes using the virtual assistant.
Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of the Amelia platform and implement them as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/virtual assistants, with specific experience in the Amelia platform.
Strong understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing), machine learning, and conversational AI design principles.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience working with APIs, web services, and integrating AI platforms with enterprise systems.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and AI models.
Experience in UI/UX design for conversational agents.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Amelia’s analytics and reporting tools to track and optimize performance.
