Inpay is recruiting for an Analytics Engineer to join our Data & AI team. We are looking for a data-driven profile who can take our data modelling and documentation to the next level.

Your primary tasks will be:

Support teams in the organization to help them navigate their data and extract the insights they want.
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using modern tools like DBT to ensure data is structured, accurate, reliable, and accessible for analysis.
Collaborate with data analysts and other teams to understand data needs.
Design high-quality, reusable data models.
Ensure data quality through automated testing, validation, and monitoring of data pipelines.
Help manage and document the data architecture, including data models, dependencies, and lineage.
Actively participate in code reviews, version control (Git), and deploy best practices for analytics engineering.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure and work closely with team members to optimize our data models.
Help other teams better understand their data, actively promote better data-literacy in the organization.

Skills & qualifications:

Experience in a data engineering or analytics engineering role, with strong SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with data transformation tools and languages like dbt (or similar), SQL, and Python.
Familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake, (or similar like: Redshift, or BigQuery).
Experience maintaining scalable data pipelines.
Knowledge of data modelling best practices (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams to solve data challenges.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

PowerBI (optional)
Azure (or other cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP)
