Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Angular Lead / Senior Developer to join our dynamic development team. As an Angular Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge web applications, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the overall quality of the codebase. You will work closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop : Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Angular applications, ensuring that code quality, performance, and best practices are maintained.
• Mentoring : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering their growth in both technical and professional skills.
• Collaborate : Work closely with cross-functional teams (front-end, back-end, UX/UI) to understand requirements and ensure the timely delivery of features.
• Code Reviews : Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high code quality, adhere to coding standards, and ensure consistent best practices across the team.
• Architecture : Design and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable code using Angular best practices and architectural patterns.
• Testing : Implement thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of applications.
• Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of Angular applications to ensure fast load times and smooth user experience.
• Continuous Learning : Stay up to date with the latest Angular features, tools, and industry trends, and apply them to projects where relevant.
• Documentation : Ensure proper documentation of code, architectural decisions, and processes for future reference and team knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Expertise in Angular (with RxJS, Angular CLI, Angular Material, etc.).
• Strong knowledge in Angular latest version or 14 above
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with an ability to adapt to a fast-paced Agile environment.
