With this growth our business has changed and evolved, creating space for another dedicated Sales Executive across our ANZ region.
The successful candidate will report to our Chief Relationship Officer, Kelly Wright who is based in Brisbane.
We are open to this candidate being based anywhere down the east coast of Australia.

What you will bring to this Role:
- Direct Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in selling technology solutions, preferably within the legal industry.
- Outstanding Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, vendors and colleagues.
- Strategic Mindset: Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Target Driven Results: You are driven to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market, and have evidence of achieving this in the past.
- Process improvement: An eye for always improving process, data capture and efficiencies.
- Hunger to Succeed: You will be personally motivated to strive and thrive in this new role, and as a result, compensated accordingly.
Role Responsibilities (among other things):
- Direct Sales and BD: Involved in and responsible for end to end client software sales process (demoing, scoping, proposal drafting, deal closure, CRM data). Attend events and conferences, and undertake direct lead generation.
- Relationship management: Build strong, enduring relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients. This also goes for the relationships with the vendors that we partner with, our success is their success and vice versa.
- Process Optimisation: Continuously be on the lookout for ways to improve our sales processes, lead gen and pipe management. Strong admin skills are critical.
- Understanding our legal market: Knowing the legal industry isn’t critical from day one but you will need to learn and understand our industry as quickly as possible.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 5+ years of experience in sales, with proven ability to sell services as well as software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet individual targets.
- To enjoy a fast-paced, supportive work environment.
- To be a team player with excellent demonstration of team work and collaboration.
- Previous experience in the legal sector or a similar professional services industry is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to travel in Australia and New Zealand as needed. A current passport is mandatory.
