Job Description

We are looking for an App Data Analyst to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveler’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. The candidate will have the opportunity to become a key member of the team leveraging the analytical skills to produce actionable insights and improve business performance. Specifically, the person will have the chance to work on different optimization processes for our mobile app, interpret the app’s data, and use it to provide recommendations to development team.

The job in brief:

Contract – Permanent – full-time (EUR 36 h/week)

Travel time required – For hybrid working model, some Business Trip to meet team members for training purposes

Qualifications

What your impact will be

• Data extraction, analysis and reporting, in order to drive performance insights and support business decisions

• Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns to optimise business performance

• Works closely with internal stakeholders in order to identify and prioritise business needs and opportunities

• Explores and proactively propose new product and business opportunities

• Communicates and presents results, insights and recommendations to all levels of the company, clearly and concisely

• Cooperate with other Data Analysts across the company on joint projects, to identify and exploit synergies and to preserve/improve governance on data and on business knowledge

• Closely partner with Data Engineers to re-/design, implement and monitoring the quality of new/existing data models and data pipelines

Your expertise:

• 3-4 years of experience in the role or similar
• Technical skills: experience in Web analytics and BI tools like Tableau / Looker / Qlik / GA and strong knowledge of SQL on Big data platforms. Excel and Python knowledge are desirable.
• Proficiency in English (Italian is a plus)
• STEM degree
