What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide intermediate system-level support for clinical and financial applications, including installation, configuration, training, and maintenance
• Collaborate with project leaders to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures
• Promote excellent customer service and communication to ensure software application success
• Analyze issues and make effective decisions to resolve problems efficiently
• Manage multiple priorities and projects with varying levels of complexity

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology and/or healthcare or a related industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, offering effective solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of application support with the ability to serve as a primary resource for at least one application module
