One of our Global Fortune 50 Partners in aerospace & defense is seeking a highly-motivated Application Program Manager to join their Enterprise Application Services Strategy & Transformation team. This resource will lead and oversee a team responsible for the governance and management of the enterprise application portfolio. The Program Manager will collaborate with various business units, portfolio managers, enterprise architects, and ServiceNow CMDB team leads to standardize, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of application definitions, attributes, and records across the organization. The role will also involve maintaining key application inventory metrics, essential for senior leadership reporting. This person will drive the development of consistent, enterprise-wide processes for managing the application portfolio and work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and IT governance. REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of experience in IT program management with a focus on governance, process standardization, and data management
• 3-5 years of experience managing teams in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Proven experience with ServiceNow CMDB and application lifecycle management, including defining and managing application attributes and records
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, IT governance, and application portfolio management frameworks
• Experience working with ServiceNow, Qlik, PowerBI, and Planview EA for optimizing business capabilities, processes, applications, technologies, and strategies to align IT and business objectives

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• ITIL Certifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team to govern the application portfolio, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices
• Collaborate with business units, IT stakeholders, and the CMDB team to maintain accurate application data and alignment with enterprise strategies
• Facilitate workshops, standardize processes, and track key metrics to improve efficiency and transparency
• Provide reporting to senior leadership, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement while mitigating risks related to governance and data accuracy
• Partner with the organization to support the transition to the ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) module as part of the future-state vision
