What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create real-time dashboards, analytics, and reporting to support operational activities within the UKG Dimensions platform
• Manage production issues, ensuring timely service restoration and conducting root cause analysis
• Act as a liaison among stakeholders to facilitate effective application support
• Continuously monitor software releases and plan for necessary testing and communication
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of analytics and reporting experience
• At least 2 years of experience in an operational efficiencies and metrics-driven environment
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Oracle Human Resource and Oracle PL/SQL development
• Demonstrated success in leading business analysis and application development (SDLC)
• Proven track record of delivering IT solutions on time and on budget
• Strong customer service orientation and collaboration skills
• Extensive experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
