  • Full-Time Commitment Required: Candidates currently studying or employed elsewhere will not be considered.
  • No Basic Salary: This role is commission-based only. Please find below commision structure

1. Appointment Setting Bonus ($100 per appointment)

Earn a bonus for each appointment with a potential client that is successfully conducted.

2. Lead Conversion Commission (5% of the agency’s commission)

Earn a commission if the appointment you set leads to a closed deal.

3. Lead Generation Commission (5% of the deal value (one-time))

Earn a commission for finding a lead interested in buying or renting, when an appointment you set turns into a deal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to schedule appointments for our real estate sales representatives. We provide you with the database.
  • Engage prospects through various channels, including cold calling, direct email marketing, and market surveys.
  • Build rapport with potential clients and communicate the benefits of choosing our agency for their real estate needs.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive lead generation database.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to management regarding appointment setting activities and progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in appointment setting or a related role would be a beneficial
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Profficient in MS Office
  • Experience working with CRM systems for sales management would be a beneficial
  • Exceptional project and time management skills.
  • 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar industry.
