This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic sales team at Quality Finance Leads as an Appointment Setter. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers and setting appointments for our team of financial advisors. Working in a full-time capacity remotely this role is crucial in supporting the company’s growth and ensuring we connect with the right clients.
 

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our financial services and book appointments
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency to meet daily and weekly sales targets
• Building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads through effective prospecting and follow-up
• Providing excellent customer service and a positive brand experience for all contacts
• Accurately logging all call activities and customer information in our CRM system
• Working collaboratively with the sales team to share best practices and support each other’s success

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in an outbound sales or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Resilience and a positive, solutions-focused attitude to handle rejection and keep driving forward
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer skills
• A genuine interest in financial services and a desire to help customers achieve their goals
