Job Specification
Summary:
The successful applicant will deliver business and customer service related apprenticeship standards and qualifications to students remotely through online learning and onsite within workplace settings where required. Providing support and coaching students in preparation for the end-point-assessment and delivering high quality teaching to enable learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviour required to achieve the apprenticeship standard and progress within their sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver apprenticeship standards and qualifications through a variety of teaching and assessment methods.
- Ensure all learners receive the highest quality skills development support to aid their progression and achievement of the training programme.
- Improve learners’ maths and English through the embedding of Functional Skills within learning sessions.
- Provide clear advice and guidance to employers and learners within enrolment meetings and verify requirements, commitment and eligibility.
- Deliver inductions with new learners and employers to ensure full compliance of policies and clear understanding of the end-point assessment requirements.
- Adhere to all internal policies continuously to ensure safe and equal practice. -Alert management of any breaches to policies by following the alerting procedure.
- Ensure learning evidence and records are accurate and updated after each visit, providing an audit trail.
- Ensure teaching and learning conducted always meets the required internal and external quality standards.
- Participate positively in all team meetings, providing feedback and suggestions to share good practice and exceed delivery expectations.
Essential Requirements:
· Experience delivering business and customer service apprenticeship standards
· Vocational experience and qualified within business management and customer service
· Qualified teaching and assessment qualifications / experience (PTLLS / Cert Ed / AET / PGCE)
· Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,500.00-£31,500.00 per year
