Job description / Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team at our prestigious architectural and engineering firm in Doha, Qatar. As an Architect, you will play a pivotal role in bringing creative concepts to life, delivering exceptional architectural solutions that meet our clients’ needs while adhering to industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities:
– Develop and present architectural designs and concepts that reflect the client’s vision and requirements.
– Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the design and construction process to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
– Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documents for various project phases, including conceptual design, schematic design, and construction documentation.
– Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning laws.
– Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within financial constraints.
– Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into architectural designs.
– Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects.
– Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews to communicate ideas and gather feedback effectively.
– Mentor and support junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
– Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to design specifications.

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
– Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
– Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop or equivalent software to the stated above.
– Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Qatar and the Gulf region.
– Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, with a portfolio showcasing diverse architectural projects.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
– A collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
– A valid professional license to practice architecture in Qatar is preferred.
– With NOC.
