Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the highest standards of quality.
• Prepare and review construction drawings for various approvals and client assessments, implementing necessary revisions.
• Communicate effectively with permitting agencies and manage external project consultants.
• Monitor project profitability and assist in client invoicing processes.
• Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a culture of learning and development.
• Administer project construction processes, providing updates to clients and coordinating with the project team.
• Conduct site evaluations, compile survey reports, and participate in municipal planning and zoning discussions.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes and ADA regulations.
• Schedule and allocate staff resources according to project demands while managing deadlines effectively.
• Review and address feedback from external drawing evaluations.
• Participate in post-construction site visits and oversee completion tasks.

Required Skills

• Professional experience in Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality sectors.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD software.
• Basic familiarity with rendering software.
• Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
• Exceptional customer service aptitude.
• Architectural licensure is preferred, though not mandatory.
• LEED accreditation is a plus.

Qualifications

• A degree in Architecture or a related field is essential.
• Proven experience in managing architectural projects in relevant sectors.
