Area Manager
Responsibilities
- Deliver to achieve the sales goals specified in the individual OP.
- Manage & monitor own sales performance against target and also contribute to team performance with minimum risk exposure.
- Deliver to the customers added value internal programs
- Ensure fully utilization of Sales CRM as a key sales process tool.
- Continuous technical and commercial support is provided to the customers according to their needs and specifications;
- Develop strong customer relationship management
- Continuous technical support is provided to the OEMs, including the preparation of general and exclusive OEM recommendations of our products, in support of the domestic and international sales activities;
- Enable our brand and company to strengthen and extend its position as the market leader in the special lubricants sector.
- Deliver HSE target and adapt yourself to achieve the proactive HSE culture.
Qualifications
- Have minimum 7 year experience in sales and marketing Industrial Lubricants is preferred but also open for sales engineer who directly sell the engineering products to the manufacturing which uses the industrial lubricants
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering
- Knowledge of local lubricant market and our key products.
- Sales-oriented attitude, open-minded, Cooperative and convincing.
- Able to travel in upcountry and be determined to sell high-quality products.
- Good command of English and outstanding communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking with professional and positive attitude, ready to take initiatives.
- Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills supported by strong interpersonal skills.
- Posses driving license and own car
