We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our cutting-edge industrial vacuum products across Spain-Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 10-12 customer/ distributor visits per week to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, providing training and support to ensure their success and foster strong partnerships.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and manage customer relationships (experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Provide technical support and training on our product lines, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and company-hosted meetings to showcase our products.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Enthusiast: + 3 years’ experience in technical sales, with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Self-Efficient: Capable of working independently in a small sales team, taking initiative, and driving results.
  • Traveler at Heart: Willingness to travel extensively and explore new territories.
  • Communicator & Influencer: Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting ideas with authority and conviction.
  • Innovative Thinker: Ability to creatively solve problems and suggest new approaches to sales and marketing.
  • Team Player: Works well in a team environment, respecting rules and hierarchies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Residency in the Madrid area is a plus.
  • Knowledge of our industry markets and a diploma in sales techniques are advantageous.
  • Proficient command of English is beneficial.
