We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our cutting-edge industrial vacuum products across Spain-Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 10-12 customer/ distributor visits per week to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, providing training and support to ensure their success and foster strong partnerships.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and manage customer relationships (experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory).
- Provide technical support and training on our product lines, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and company-hosted meetings to showcase our products.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Sales Enthusiast: + 3 years’ experience in technical sales, with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Self-Efficient: Capable of working independently in a small sales team, taking initiative, and driving results.
- Traveler at Heart: Willingness to travel extensively and explore new territories.
- Communicator & Influencer: Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting ideas with authority and conviction.
- Innovative Thinker: Ability to creatively solve problems and suggest new approaches to sales and marketing.
- Team Player: Works well in a team environment, respecting rules and hierarchies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Residency in the Madrid area is a plus.
- Knowledge of our industry markets and a diploma in sales techniques are advantageous.
- Proficient command of English is beneficial.
