Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of ANZ, the Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for lead generation through Cutera’s validated sales methodology providing results that build brand dedication across all of our innovative products and technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

●  You will drive the success and growth of your sales territory through cold calling and on-site visits to meet and exceed individual and team goals.

●  Develop prospective new customers and nurture existing relationships to expand the sales of additional results.

●  Educate and demonstrate Cutera’s products’ indications, efficacy, safety, and how these products will improve the clients’ needs and that of their customers.

●  Prioritizes client satisfaction and long-term relationships, understanding that success in sales goes beyond transactions and requires building trust.

 

About You:

●  Ability to navigate the clinic / medical practice environment to engage staff and key decision makers

●  Consultative and supportive approach to nurture and support the customer’s needs whilst delivering

revenue growth for Cutera.

●  Excellent communicator; both written and verbally.

●  Proven success in building rapport with customers; ability to effectively communicate with, and persuade

audiences.

●  Must have a positive “Play to Win” outlook.

●  Detail-oriented and highly organized to assist clinics with Cutera processes.

●  Marketing knowledge; including traditional, digital and in the office marketing will be looked upon

favourably.

●  Must be able to work autonomously as well as within a team.

●  Ability to travel as required to cover VIC and TAS territories.

 

Requirements:

●  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

●  5+ years’ sales – Aesthetics or medical capital equipment experience and/or strong business-to-business.

●  Detailed successful sales track record required (we don’t mind if you brag, show us how good you are).

●  Understanding of the industry and the business challenges customers face.

●  Demonstrates punctuality, professionalism, and a strong commercial acumen.

●  Exhibits outstanding written and verbal communication proficiency.

●  Ability to effectively manage time across competing priorities, handling multiple client accounts,

follow-ups, and leads simultaneously.

●  Possesses the ability to collaborate seamlessly and effectively across various departments.
