Art Director (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Art Director to join our creative team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for translating client briefs into compelling visual concepts while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, take feedback constructively, and deliver exceptional design solutions. Experience in the golf market is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to take detailed briefs, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives.
• Develop innovative design concepts and execute projects from start to finish, including branding, marketing materials, and digital content.
• Manage a creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and collaborate to refine designs based on client input.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our work remains cutting-edge and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Foster a positive and productive remote work environment, engaging with team members and clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Experience in the golf market is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of the industry and its visual language.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate ideas clearly.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
