Purpose of the job
As Artworker, you will transform creative concepts into high-quality, print-ready digital artwork. Working closely with the inhouse design studio and marketing teams, you will ensure that all visual materials are delivered to the highest standards and are in line with brand guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Artworking: Produce accurate and high-quality artwork, ensuring all designs are print-ready and meet the required specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that align with the creative vision.
- Quality Control: Check all artwork for errors, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before final output.
- Versioning: Adapt and amend existing creative materials for various formats and platforms, including print, digital, social media, dynamic templating, ensuring type hierarchy and layout are correct for each media outlet.
- File Management: Organize and manage all project files, ensuring that all assets are properly labelled and stored.
- Deadline Management: Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, adhering to established brand guidelines and standards.
Skills, Expertise & Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create and edit artwork.
- Web / Digital Design: Experience with producing assets across web, socials, CRM and advertising screens.
- Pre-Press Experience: Understanding of the pre-press process and the ability to output print ready files.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative Flair: A strong sense of creativity and the ability to contribute innovative ideas across a multitude of campaign / brand assets.
