Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Business Development Manager with 1-10 years of experience in the IT industry. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, driving growth strategies, building client relationships, and leading the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation in international markets (US, UK, Australia, Middle East, etc.) using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Convert leads into clients to meet monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client needs.
• Provide marketing and branding strategies for company growth.
• Oversee the sales team and ensure monthly targets are met.
• Promote the company and look for new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 2-10 years of experience in IT services sales, with a focus on international markets.
• Proficiency in lead generation tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are MUST.
• Experience in managing a sales team and meeting monthly targets.
• Strong knowledge of marketing, branding, and business strategy.
• Experience or enthusiasm for working in a startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
