In this capacity, you will work closely with the Director of Leadership Development Programs and a committed team, overseeing all aspects of our leadership programs—from outreach and candidate selection to program execution and evaluation. You will engage with participants, alumni, community partners, and academic collaborators, cultivating significant and impactful relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead program meetings and events, accommodating both small and large groups (4-100+ participants).
- Manage the logistics across the entire program lifecycle, including outreach, applications, marketing, and participant communication.
- Assist in curriculum development and contribute to the creation of innovative programs and pilot initiatives.
- Coordinate data collection for programs, utilizing insights to enhance outcomes while ensuring diverse perspectives and learning objectives are prioritized.
- Maintain organized documentation of program activities and progress, while assisting with planning materials such as briefings and presentations.
- Oversee program-related data within the CRM, tracking attendance, feedback, and other critical information.
- Support the planning of both virtual and in-person events, including travel logistics and budget oversight.
- Build and nurture relationships with youth organizations, campus leaders, and community partners to create strategic alliances.
- Provide guidance and supervision to seasonal interns and program staff, ensuring they receive the necessary support.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational capabilities with a keen ability to manage details while maintaining a focus on the overarching goals.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, possessing stellar follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in budgeting and program/project financial oversight.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proven track record in establishing and sustaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, including young leaders and community organizations.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in leadership development, education, or community engagement for young demographics.
- Familiarity with non-partisan civic engagement and a commitment to promoting inclusive, pluralistic environments.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft and Google applications, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), application platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey Apply), and virtual engagement tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
Qualifications
While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
