We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Investment Banking TMT Group based in New York. This full-time position mandates in-office attendance from Monday to Thursday, with an opportunity for remote work on Fridays. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our executives remain focused on providing outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support to investment bankers at all levels, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage executives’ calendars, arrange meetings and conference calls, and resolve scheduling conflicts with professionalism.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in the executives’ CRM system.
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.

Required Skills

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in an executive support role within the investment banking sector.
  • A strong commitment to integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proven proficiency in processing expense reports.
  • A positive and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this position is (100,000 – )110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
