Key Responsibilities:

• Own CRM Marketing Operations to nurture or reactivate leads towards enrolment to most suitable program
• Build and maintain Email/WhatsApp marketing journeys in SFMC/relevant tools
• Expertly navigate the technical aspects of the CRM platform and maintain strong relationships with platform support teams (SFMC)
• Understand the needs of different internal business units and consumer behavior to formulate content and segmentation strategies.
• Determine and implement metrics for campaign measurement, and report on campaign success. Continuously improve campaigns and inform marketing team members
• Conduct experiments on user segmentation & personalization, with proper testing frameworks, and identifying wins for broader implementation
• Maintain a balance between rapid execution for growth and adherence to business compliance

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in either marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is an advantage!
• 3-5 years of experience in the CRM Marketing function of a rapidly growing, digital-first business
• Hands on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot/Marketo/Web engage processes, templates, best practices etc.
• Strong data and analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel (SQL querying experience required)
• Adapt at crafting nurturing programs for “trigger based’ and drip communications that advance prospects through the buying cycle
• Proven experience in deploying marketing campaigns across channels such as email, WhatsApp, and SMS
• You have a bias for action and a desire to make an impact
• Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skills
