About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic fintech firm’s operations team. As an Associate Manager of Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations, contributing to our mission of revolutionizing the financial landscape in India.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage processes for a complex ecosystem
• Contribute to product development by providing insights based on day-to-day operations/processes
• Extract and interpret data to identify trends and support informed decision-making
• Collaborate with the internal (product, technology, compliance, customer support) teams and external stakeholders to solve any blockers
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions
• Work closely with external partners to ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, and maintain high-quality service
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly trackers and reports to capture on-ground activities, track performance metrics and provide visibility to relevant stakeholders

Qualification:

• Possess a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Come with a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a complex ecosystem
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting, with the ability to write queries for deeper data extraction and insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in the capacity of operations and processes

• Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail-oriented
• Time management skills and a strong sense of ownership to generate high-quality outputs
• Team player and an excellent collaborator
• A basic understanding of the financial market as well as the capability to learn quickly on the job will be a plus
• Equally comfortable with long-term planning and day-to-day progress tracking and execution
• Can demonstrate the ability to analyze problems logically
• Own an excellent ability to determine situational needs and provide appropriate solutions
