Assistant Manager Webinar (Remote)

About the role:

We are looking for a competent Assistant Manager to undertake a variety of administrative and Webinar management tasks. You will help in planning and allocating tasks for your team to ensure all course related tasks are performed on time, as well as carry out essential operational duties. To be an excellent lead, you must be organized and detail-oriented, flexible and ready to accept new challenges teams. The goal will be to facilitate on smooth webinar operations management and timely execution of tasks by team member and actively participate in making the process more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with members from Academic Delivery team of Global and LATAM for Live Session Schedule on a need basis
• Ensure task completion as per course launch dates.
• Point of Contact for any questions related to Webinar Management
• Audit/ QC of team work and share feedback / observations basis audit
• Track team productivity & Goals
• Act as back-up whenever required
• Execute work planning & distribution
• Cross Functional coordination for improvement projects and daily tasks
• Team Roster planning and shrinkage management

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in English Language, both in written and verbal
• Basic excel knowledge will be preferred
• Knowledge of multiple online meeting platforms like Zoom, MS Teams preferred
• Willing to take initiatives
• Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
• Proactive Decision making – Ability to make decisions & recommendations for improvement
• Excellent time-management
• Meticulous
• People handling skills. Should be good with coaching and giving feedback
• Dynamic – open to changes
• Fast learner- learn quickly multiple LMS, study variation in Global vs LATAM SOPs etc.
• Active Listener and objective oriented
