Position Overview

As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will partner closely with the Operations Manager and a dedicated team to oversee daily operational activities. Your key duties will include vendor management, guest assistance, property preparation, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that every property meets our high standards of presentation and service. The hybrid nature of this position requires strong time management skills and adaptability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Lead and coordinate with professional service providers including cleaners, maintenance staff, and decorators to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Guest Support: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.
  • Property Management: Oversee inspections and preparations for guest arrivals to ensure that properties are pristine and fully equipped.
  • Issue Resolution: Quickly address and resolve operational challenges or service shortcomings to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Aesthetic Management: Collaborate on property decor updates and seasonal styling to align with our luxury standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor operations to ensure adherence to our rigorous standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
