What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Train, schedule, and provide leadership to diverse staff in a group home setting
• Maintain a safe and collaborative work environment that emphasizes teamwork
• Address conflicts and facilitate resolutions while modeling professional relationships
• Monitor staff training, incident reports, and support documents related to client care
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with community agencies, families, and guardians

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field
• Familiarity with medication usage and side effects
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Good math, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to lift over 25 lbs and push or pull in excess of 50 lbs

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in financial oversight and budget management for programs
• Knowledge of licensing reviews and self-assessments in a care setting
• Experience developing Individual Support Plans (ISPs) or Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs)
