We are looking for someone to join the Project Controls function on a large project in Northern Egypt near Marsa Matrouh. The role will be working with our consultants overseeing the schedule development, procurement, planning, progress monitoring and reporting for this real estate development.
What this job involves
– Set up, develop and control all platforms for project tracking and reporting.
– Manage cost and schedule of a large project continually assessing complexity and risk of the project.
– manage change management processing and QC/QA process.
– Review and report on project metrics regularly and advise project leadership of issues.
– Investigate and analyse variances in data as needed.
– Prepare contract forms for new contracts, modifications and job closures.
– Assist in the analysis and determination of claims and prepare the claim determination report.
– Prepare reports internally for the project leadership team and externally for the client and other stakeholders.
Desired skills and experience for this
– Degree education is preferred.
– Professional Memberships are an advantage.
– 3-5 years’ experience in managing Project Controls on large, mixed use construction projects in the MENA region.
– Experience with the claim analysis techniques.
– High calibre team leadership skills, managing multiple nationalities on a major programme.
– Excellent written and verbal skills with a fluent proficiency in English.
