What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage resources, schedules, financials, management issues, risks, and project change requests
• Provide leadership to individuals within and outside of the organization
• Plan, organize, and supervise the work and workload of project staff
• Monitor project costs to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
• Handle all aspects of a project to ensure project success

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural, Civil, Hydraulic/Hydrologic, and/or Water Resources Engineering
• 10+ years’ experience managing task orders for various projects
• Ability to lead multi-discipline projects for public sector clients
• Strong communication skills
• Business development experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s Degree or PPM Certification
• Coastal and/or island engineering experience
• Previous mentoring and coaching experience
• Ability to recruit technical staff
