THE JOB!
Key duties will include;
- Assisting with the day to day management and co-ordination of multiple residential land/ medium density projects
- Assisting with the management of Estate Managers and Sales Assistants
- Preparation of reports and documentation for fortnightly Project Control Group (PCG) meetings
- Follow up and execution of action points from vendor and stakeholder meetings
- Assist with the day to day duties of Senior/ Project Managers
- Preparation of weekly / monthly / quarterly reporting
- Vendor engagement
- B2B relationship building
- Work with the Leadership team to assist with the creation of Marketing and Sales Strategies
- Work with the Leadership team to collate and analyse data to formulate presentations and project commentary
- First point of contact for any Sales agent office related enquiries
- Production and scheduling of construction updates
- Manage projects within CRM
- Ability to act in the capacity of Estate Manager in their absence
About You!

In addition to the above wish list you will also have the following;
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent)
- Advantageous to hold a current Agents Representatives license
- Current drivers’ licence and car
Experience
- Have studied or worked in the property sector (Preferably in the development or building industry)
- Previous experience in reviewing project marketing materials to ensure accuracy and providing approvals
