About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Property Manager to join a leading property management team in Brisbane. You will assist with a diverse range of property management tasks for a portfolio of 120 properties. Working closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth management of the portfolio while developing your skills in the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Inspections & Maintenance: Assisting with inspections, routine checks, entries, exits, arrears, and maintenance
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth communication and service
- Application Review: Reviewing rental applications and preparing lease agreements
- Learning & Development: Learning and being supported by an experienced Senior Property Manager
- Administrative Support: Managing any ad-hoc administration duties as required
About You:

Property Management Software:
Experience with Property Me is an advantage, though not essential.
