You will provide general administrative help to the Service Division President. You will be instrumental in the smooth running of administrative processes and procedures within the business, grading the urgency of issues, while providing confidential assistance to the management team. Your responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes including follow-up and producing reports and presentations for business leaders
- Researching and compiling special reports, presentations, organization charts, and correspondence on behalf of the business manager
- Implementing processes and initiating continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Drafting business communication, ensuring knowledge is shared and colleagues are informed about any changes to processes, procedures and organization
- Helping the Service Division President to arrange business-critical events, including travel arrangements as well as booking venues and catering
- Organizing yearly Global Accelleron Meeting
- Providing support on projects or monitoring progress
Your background:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or diploma in commerce
- Experience in an administrative or assistant role
- The ability to prioritize and multitask, with excellent planning skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks and service mentality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Any experience in project management, continuous improvement or finance & controlling is a plus
