Main Mission

As a local partner, you will lead the strategic and operational development of Addon Golf in the U.S., ensuring that our personalized approach to golf simulation is successfully adapted and implemented. You will work closely with the founders and leverage your local knowledge, expertise, and network to establish the brand and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Market Development
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth in the U.S. golf market.
• Tailor our ultra-personalized solutions to meet the needs of the American market, ensuring the same high-quality standards that define Addon Golf in Europe.
• Develop partnerships with golf clubs, indoor facilities, and key industry stakeholders.
2. Operational Leadership
• Oversee the launch of operations, including simulator installations, supplier management, and client support.
• Build and manage a local team to handle sales, technical support, and marketing.
• Guarantee operational excellence and profitability of the U.S. branch.
3. Networking and Representation
• Leverage your network to enhance the brand’s visibility and secure strategic partnerships.
• Represent Addon Golf at industry events, trade shows, and other key gatherings to promote our tailored solutions.
4. Collaboration with the European Team
• Work closely with the founders to align the U.S. strategy with the global vision and ensure a seamless transfer of Addon Golf’s expertise and processes.
• Maintain consistent communication to adapt and refine our offerings based on local market feedback.
5. Entrepreneurial Engagement
• Actively contribute to strategic decisions, using your knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
