As we continue to grow and explore global opportunities, we have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Manager or Project Manager (dependant on experience) to join the team. You will be exposed to a variety of therapeutic areas, with a strong pipeline of studies. The role will appeal to an experienced and highly motivated professional that is looking for a challenge.

The Opportunity

The A/PM role is a pivotal member of the team responsible for the set up and efficient operation of our clinical trial activities. Responsibilities include:Â
- Manage the operation of local and global clinical studies.
- Implementation of Sponsor Studies in accordance with client requirements
- CTMS Study Definition and Testing, per the protocol and study specifications document
- Acting as the primary point of contact to Sponsor/CRO for assigned studies
- Proactively monitoring study budgets and the on-going progress of the studies within your portfolio
- Managing the complete operation of assigned studies from client support, kit production and shipping, through to result reporting and study closure.

About You
- Degree qualified in Biomedical Science, Science or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a clinical laboratory setting, ideally a multi-disciplinary pathology laboratory.
- Strong project coordination/management experience
- Commitment to high quality work and customer service
- Experience in phase 1 clinical trialsÂ
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Strong CTMS and Microsoft applications skills
- Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, ability to be flexible, and a willingness to display initiative

The role is based within our dynamic team environment at our Macquarie Park Head Office, flexible work arrangements can be considered post completion of training.
