We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Associate Director of Social Media Advertising to lead our newly established consultancy focused exclusively on social media marketing. In this remote role, you will have the unique opportunity to empower clients to leverage LinkedIn, driving engagement and growth in their B2B strategies. You will play a crucial role in shaping our offerings while inspiring a talented team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of up to 5 Social Media Strategists, cultivating high standards for both client success and team performance.
- Define clear objectives for client engagements, ensuring a results-oriented approach.
- Implement best practices and our distinct methodology for LinkedIn Advertising across all client accounts.
- Actively support your team in navigating challenges and securing necessary campaign approvals for optimal outcomes.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to identify obstacles and establish actionable success strategies.
- Promote accountability and empower your team with well-defined expectations and proactive communication.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably within an agency context (B2B experience is advantageous).
- At least 2 years of proven leadership experience, adept at motivating and guiding teams.
- In-depth knowledge of paid social advertising, particularly on LinkedIn, including various ad formats.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other relevant advertising tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling strategies for clients.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing performance metrics to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
